Save Entry Time example
Lets say you have a time clock software program. Your employees clock in and clock out and you have a digital trail of time.
Your office manager then runs a report from the time clock and enters that data into your accounting software for payroll.
If your time clock software has an export that will output that data to a text file and your accounting software has the ability to import data.
We have helped many customers with a small application that will open the export file, allow them to validate the data, and generate an import file.
Web Sales
Your web store generates sales orders, but you use accounting software that manages not only your invoices but your inventory and shipping.
You go to your web store and enter those sales into your accounting software from a printed order.
We can develop software that will allow you export or query the sales from your web store, do any validation that you may do as you enter the order into your accounting software, and generate an import file or import directly into your accounting software with some feature dependancies of your accounting package.
